Acute Air Ambulance is a premier fixed-wing air medical transport company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We specialize in providing safe, compassionate, and efficient air ambulance services across the Caribbean, South America, Central America, and North America. Our mission is to deliver ICU-level care in the sky, ensuring that every patient — regardless of their condition or location — receives dignified, first-class medical transport. We serve a wide range of clients, including individual patients and their families, insurance companies, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and international assistance companies who rely on us for rapid, reliable medical evacuation and repatriation.
Our parent company, Aitheras Aviation Group (AAG), is the only fixed-wing operator to achieve active conformance with the FAA's Safety Management System (SMS) program. We are one of the few operators offering wide-cabin aircraft for patient comfort, and we hold the industry's most respected certifications: ARGUS Platinum rating, NAAMTA accreditation, Wyvern certification, and an active FAA SMS. Every member of our medical department and support staff is highly qualified, extensively trained, and exceptionally compassionate — ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care from bedside to bedside.
